OK everyone due to an extremely HIGH DEMAND, I talked to Juan and we are going to release another 1107 PRE ORDER copies.  These will be numbered like the first starting with 1108 to 2214.  We will not be releasing any more PRE ORDER copies after this round.  Whomever does not get on the list this time will have to wait until the release of the book.  Please do not bombard our e-mails asking when Juan is going to release because we do not know the answer.  It is on Juan’s schedule when he will release the book.  We are also including in the package a limited edition hat and t-shirt.  This hat and t-shirt can only be bought through this package.
